Can I get my Wash & Fold turned around next day?
Yes, most Wash & Fold services can be turned around the next day, depending on the size of your order.

Can I put my pickups on hold while I’m on vacation or out of town?
Yes, you can log into your account and place your account on “Vacation Hold” until you return.

Yes, we offer weekly and recurring laundry services at $1.99 per pound, with a 20 lb minimum.
What happens if you lose or damage some garments?
Notify customer service within 48 hours of laundry being returned. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by weather after drop-off.
How much does your service cost?
Regular weekly customers are charged $1.99 per pound, while “by request” customers are charged $2.15 per pound. Dry cleaning and large bedding items are priced by the piece.

Is there a minimum order size for Wash & Fold?
The minimum order is 17 lbs for wash and fold, and a minimum charge of $40.00 for dry clean only orders. Additional fees may apply for baby or kid clothing in some locations.
I missed my pickup day. Is there a missed pickup fee?
Yes, if you forget to leave your laundry out or cancel the day of pickup, we may charge a $40.00 missed pickup fee.
Is there any contract or long-term commitment?
No, you can cancel or suspend your account at any time without a contract.
How often can I change or update my laundry profile?
You can update your laundry profile as often as you like.
What if I am not home when you pick up and deliver?
Just leave the laundry somewhere accessible and log into your account to edit your Pickup/Delivery Instructions.
Do you sell laundry bags?
Yes, we sell laundry bags made of 100% nylon that hold up to four loads of laundry. Purchases are non-refundable.
When is the latest I could schedule a pickup?
We prefer pickups to be scheduled by 8:00 am on the day of the pickup.
Is there any way that Ecopicks could remind me to leave my laundry out for delivery?
Yes, we send email and text reminders 24 hours before scheduled pickups.
I forgot to leave my laundry out on pickup day. What should I do?
